What are Magatama beads?

Traditionally, magatama beads were comma-shaped beads made in prehistoric Japan from clay or stone. Now the Miyuki brand has launched these unique pieces made of glass on the market, the magatamas are excellent for work with the kumihimo disk and unique pieces can be made.
There are two sizes on the market, the 4 mm magatama and the 4 x 7 mm long magatama. In our online store you can find them in bags of 5 grams, but larger quantities are available. Ask us!
