Turtle Ring Tutorial
Tutorial where we will make this ring using the Peyote Stitch Technique. We will use different beads of various shapes and sizes.

Materials needed to make the ring:
Delica Miyuki 11/0 : I used the color « Duracoat Opaque Army Green » for the green ring and the color « Duracoat Opaque Soft Pink » for the purple.
Delica Hexagonal 11/0 : I used the color « Metallic Bronze » for the green ring and the color « Gunmetal » for the purple one.
Miyuki 11/0 Seed Bead: I used the color “ Opaque Luster Golden Olive ” for the green ring and the “ Duracoat Opaque Anemone ” for the purple.
Miyuki 8/0 Seed Beads : I used the color “ Metallic Olive ” for the green ring and the color “ Metallic Dark Plum Iris ” for the purple one.
Faceted 3mm : I used the color “ Bronze ” for the green ring and the color “ Jet Hematite ” for the purple one.

The first step to make this ring will be to start making peyote using the Delica 11/0.
We will have to follow this scheme.
Next we will make 3 rows with the Delica Hexagonal.
Then another three rows using the 11/0 seed beads. As the seed beads are a little bigger than the Delica, in this step we will begin to see how our ring opens up as if it were a fan.
Next we will make three rows with the 8/0 Seed Bead. We are always using the Peyote Technique, although when changing the bead size the stitch can also be called Celline.
Finally, we will make three rows with the 3mm Faceted Beads. We will have reached the widest point of our ring.
To finish we will have to do the same but in reverse, we will decrease the size of the beads.
In this video I also give you a trick to make peyote faster. This technique is known as "Fast Peyote".
