Flower Earrings with Matubo® Superduo and Rulla
Share
In this post, I want to present one of my latest creations, a piece that combines geometric precision with an organic and inviting color palette. These earrings are designed for those seeking an accessory that stands out for its originality without losing the elegance of handmade craftsmanship. Their elongated structure and unique texture make them the ideal complement for any occasion.

The heart of this design lies in the strategic combination of two types of high-quality beads: Superduo and Rulla. Superduo beads, with their distinctive shape, create a floral pattern that adds relief and movement to the piece, interspersed with Rulla beads. Rulla beads, with their cylindrical shape and two holes, provide the necessary stability for the design to maintain its structural form, achieving a perfect visual balance between rigid and fluid elements.

The photograph also shows how Superduo® beads are strung on a needle, a fundamental step in many jewelry projects. The precision of these beads facilitates uniform and professional weaving, even in complex designs.

The secret to these earrings is to intersperse SuperDuo and Rulla beads in a circular pattern so that the flower structure remains firmly petaled. The SuperDuo and Rulla beads are from the same brand, Matubo®, so they fit together perfectly.

Both flowers are joined by the beads they share in their bodies.
